DUBAI: Oman Oil Exploration and Production, the exploration arm of state-owned Oman Oil, has sold a 10 percent stake in the Khazzan gas field to a subsidiary of Malaysia's Petronas Gas Berhad (PGB), Oman state news agency ONA reported on Sunday.

ONA said that Petronas unit BC Oman will acquire the stake in Block 61 of the field, which is expected to produce around 1.5 billion cubic feet per day by 2020.
