ArabFinance: Misr Hotels Company (MHOT) stated that Bayt EL Khebra for leasing (Technolease) cut its stake in the former capital from 17.13% to 6.47%, according to the company's September 16th statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Technolease sold 4,222,726 shares at EGP 9.6 per each, with a total amount of EGP 40,538,169.

On the other hand, the company shareholder, Khaled Salam increased his stake in the company from 0.08% to 10.74% by purchasing the shares sold by Technolease.

Misr Hotels, a subsidiary of Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels, is an Egypt-based joint stock company engaged in tourism investment activities. The company focuses on hotel and tourism activities, including construction, purchase, and sale of hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, strips, and other tourist facilities.
