Dubai: Emirates District Cooling (Emicool) LLC, a leading district cooling service provider in the region and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has announced its commitment to the decision of the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy to reduce its fees on the district cooling services bill for customers for the coming three months across all its residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Commenting on the announcement, Dr Adib Moubadder, CEO of Emicool, said: “The reduction that we are offering our customers for the next three months is in line with the directives that were issued by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai regarding the economic stimulus package that was announced by HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai. Emicool will continue to coordinate with our partners in the private and public sectors to maintain a safe economic climate and a thriving business sector in Dubai.”

Emicool will continue to provide its customers with district cooling services across its plants to maintain the Emirate’s unique business environment, and assist in making Dubai among the best places to live and work.
