ArabFinance: Egypt Free Shops Company (EFSCO) (MFSC) reported a 7% Year on Year decline in its consolidated net profit in the first half (H1) of 2020, according to the company’s financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Consolidated net profit before minority interest stood at EGP 108.906 million in FY 2019/2020, compared to EGP 117.009 achieved in FY 2018/2019.

Standalone net profit reached EGP 108.879 million in FY 2019/2020, a 6.6% rise from EGP 116.583 million posted in FY 2018/2019.

The company distributed annual cash dividends for 2019 on September 24th to the shareholders recorded on September 21st.

EFSCO is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the import and sale of duty-free goods and consumer products. It offers several brands and types of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, fragrances, and gift items.
