Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Seasoned Abu Dhabi hotelier Fadi Ibrahim has joined the senior management team of Remal Hotel in Al Ruwais.

As Hotel Manager, Fadi will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic planning across all departments, enhancing guest satisfaction, supporting service culture and streamlining operations.

Prior to joining Remal, Fadi was Executive Assistant Manager at ADNH’s Al Diar Capital Hotel. His accomplishments there included successful vendor management and retention strategies and YoY growth in corporate business. However, his greatest achievement is his people management skill; he is a natural leader and team player.

Fadi, a Syrian native graduated in business administration at Tishreen University and brings with him over two decades of HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants and Catering) industry experience. Beginning his career as Front Office Manager, he worked his way up, holding managerial positions in sales, marketing and operations during his time with Abu Dhabi National Hotels.

Managed by Armed Forces Officers Club and Hotel, the four-star Remal brings a refreshingly boutique stay experience to the heart of Al-Ruwais, offering guests a full-service hotel offering with all the comforts of home. Al Ruwais, located 240 km west of Abu Dhabi City, has been known mainly as an industrial locale and a significant contributor to the national economy. Once a small fishing headland, Ruwais today is one of the most modern industrial complexes in the Middle East.
