Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The H Hospitality Collection, a UAE based hospitality management company, has appointed Ute Saltenberger as Corporate Human Resources Director.
Originally from Germany, Saltenberger will play a vital role in overseeing the Group’s Human Resources programs and initiatives. She will support and coach the Executive team on all people-related and a variety of human resources matters including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee recognition and learning & development.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Saltenberger has ventured into various areas of the travel and hospitality sphere. Having worked in travel agencies to renowned hotel chains like Steigenberger in Germany, and many Radisson Blu Hotels globally and within the region, she has gathered a unique approach to human resources and its many facets. Before joining H Hospitality Collection, she was previously working as Regional Human Resources Manager for the Middle East at the Radisson Hotel Group.
