Dubai, UAE - In line with its expansion plans of opening 100 stores by 2017, Emax, the largest electronics store in the Middle East and part of Landmark Group, has achieved another milestone in its strategic business plan through the launch of its 72nd store in the region at the Dubai Outlet Mall, 31st in the UAE. Emax will celebrate an official grand opening of the store on Wednesday, February 10th at its new store at the Outlet Mall.

Located on the ground level of the mall, the new store will be covering an area of approximately 12,000 sq.ft offering consumers traveling on Dubai-Al Ain Road unmatched portfolio of the latest electronics in all its distinct categories as well as a convenient in-store shopping experience.

This significant opening of the Dubai Outlet Mall store is part of the company's larger strategy to grow its retail presence across different catchment areas across the Emirates and the GCC with an aim to remain the closest store to customers and evolve with their expectations. Recently, recognizing more retail opportunities in the GCC, Emax opened three new stores in Saudi Arabia, three in Qatar and one in Oman.

Speaking about the store opening, Mr. Neelesh Bhatnagar, CEO of Emax, said: "We began in 2006; today we are at 72 stores and with our set expansion plans that we have in the pipeline, we will reach 100 stores by 2017 as we plan to tap into newer markets in the MENA region and beyond. The new store is part of our growth plan to increase our retail presence across the GCC. We have been growing at a 28% YOY growth and we're expecting to only increase this figure."

The newly opened store will bring more value to the mall by optimizing its consumer tech proposition. Shoppers will be able to take advantage of increased value deals. In addition, several customer benefits will be offered to Emax's clientele such as after-sales services and reward programs.
