ISTANBUL  - Turkey has issued a $2 billion sukuk with a three-year maturity and yield to investors of 5.8 percent, the treasury said on Thursday, adding that the issue was three times oversubscribed.

The sukuk issue brought the Treasury's borrowing from international capital markets up to $5.4 billion this year, it said, out of a planned $8 billion.
