Riyadh – Mubasher: National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO) will distribute a cash dividend of SAR 0.5 per share, representing 5% of the share’s par value, following the shareholder’s approval on 22 June.
GASCO will pay a total of SAR 37.5 million or 5% of the capital to the entitled shareholders for 2020, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company said it will later announce the distribution date.
The board of the listed firm approved last April a dividend payout accounting for 5% of the capital for last year.
