ArabFinance: Al Baraka Bank – Egypt’s (SAUD) extra-ordinary general meeting approved on Saturday amending articles (6 and 7) of the bank’s articles of association, as per a Sunday bourse filing.
Under the amended articles, the issued capital will amount to EGP 1.54 billion, up from EGP 1.40 billion, with an increase amounting to EGP 140 million.
The capital will be distributed over 220.9 million shares, instead of 200.8 million shares.
