Cairo –  The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has approved the law no. 194 of 2020, which regulates the work of the banking sector and the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), according to the Middle East News Agency (MENA).

The new law applies to the CBE, the banking sector, currency exchange offices, credit bureaus, payment system operators, and payment service providers.
