Cairo –  Bilateral trade between Egypt and Kuwait grew by 47.63% to $2.6 billion in 2018, compared to $1.7 billion a year earlier, Ahmed Zaki, a senior official at the Egyptian Commercial Service Office (ECS) told Mubasher on Monday.

During January and February, bilateral trade between the two countries amounted to $44 million, Zaki added.

The senior official also expects Egyptian exports to Kuwait to increase in the coming period.
