ABUJA- Nigeria's parliament will pass the Petroleum Industry Bill by the second quarter of 2021, Senate President Ahmed Lawan said in a parliamentary session on Monday.
"This bill will be passed the second quarter of this year," Lawan said, adding that lawmakers were targeting April or May.
