Dubai's DEWA adds new digital and innovative services on Apple Watch

DUBAI - Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has provided new services and benefits on its smart app through Apple Watch to enhance smart adoption and make Dubai the best place to work and live.

These include utility bill details and tariff slabs, accessing the Smart Living dashboard, as well as daily, weekly, and monthly consumption reports with comparison to similar homes, through the My Sustainable Living Programme.

Customers can view their customised plan to reduce waste and consumption.

Through Apple Watch, customers can now activate the ‘Away Mode’ service to get notifications of unusual consumption when travelling or away from home.

Customers can learn about the latest news, discounts and offers on DEWA Store for energy and water-saving devices.

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, said that DEWA provides all its services on its website and smart app in addition to several smart channels for customers to complete their transactions anytime and anywhere.

This saves their time and effort and contributes to protecting the environment as well as reduces carbon emissions.
