DubaiThe leading fire protection system manufacturer Bristol unveiled its latest firefighting technologies at the Intersec exhibition and conference in Dubai.

The UAE-built Al Shallal firefighting truck will be showcased by the Dubai-based fire safety and engineering leader at Intersec, which takes place during the period between 20-22 January at the Dubai World Trade Centre Arena, Bristol said in a statement on Sunday.

TheUAE-based firm also presented containerised firefighting pump set designed for environments and locations where there is a difficulty in accessing proper firefighting equipment and sufficiently pressurised water.

Bristol’s HFC227 easy flow and power flow fire suppression system was also showcased at the largest annual exhibition and international trade event of its kind which attracts more than 1,300 exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors.

The innovative fire protection system utilises a flow of super-pressurised nitrogen to spread an anti-fire agent in order to supress various blazes including sensitive electrical equipment and industrial accidents involving flammable liquids, the statement added.

“These three products represent the highest standards of firefighting technologies that have been designed to offer efficient and reliable solutions to some of the most pressing challenges facing industries and civil defence departments across the Gulf,” Bristol’s managing director Mahmoud Awad said.
