Kuwait - Warba Bank has won the Best Call Centre Award from Banker Middle East Magazine granting awards for banking products and services in Kuwait for 2014 by CPI FINANCIAL. The award ceremony took place at Warba Bank's Head Office.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Shaheen Al Ghanem, Deputy CEO for Investment & Treasury at Warba Bank said: "We are very proud of winning this prestigious award from Banker Middle East. This award is an addition to our distinguished achievements and reflects the success that the Bank maintains in Kuwait as well as the remarkable services we offer to our customers by satisfying their financing and investment needs in compliance with the rules of  Islamic Sharia."

Al Ghanem praised the exceptional performance of the Bank's Call Centre staff for their ongoing strife towards more contribution since inauguration of the Call Centre in 2012. The Call Centre has managed to satisfy  customer needs, respond to their inquiries about the wide range of products and services provided by the Bank, receive customers' suggestions and find quick and practical solutions for their inquiries around the clock i.e.  24/7. These efforts have been fruitful leading to Warba Bank Call Center winning the Best Call Centre Award in Kuwait.

It is noteworthy that the Call Center adopts a special strategy based on ongoing development of the staff to ensure that the customers receive the best services in accordance with the highest professional and international quality standards. The members of the Call Centre hold the International Certificate of Specialized Call Centre Programs from "CariZma Company" certified by its strategic partner "The Call Center School in the USA".
