Further to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority ("TRA")'s notice published on 02 July 2015 in the Official Gazette and on TRA website, asking for comments on the proposed voluntary revocation of Individual Very Small Aperture Terminal License ("VSAT License") awarded to Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill Company ("GARMCO"), TRA now advises that it has not received any comments and/or responses to its notice.
Further to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority ("TRA")'s notice published on 02 July 2015 in the Official Gazette and on TRA website, asking for comments on the proposed voluntary revocation of Individual Very Small Aperture Terminal License ("VSAT License") awarded to Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill Company ("GARMCO"), TRA now advises that it has not received any comments and/or responses to its notice.
Accordingly, pursuant to Article 31 of the Telecommunications Law, the VSAT License awarded to GARMCO is revoked effective 13 August 2015.
