Darryl Lobo will supervise operations of the hotels four dining outlets

Dubai, UAE - Emirates Grand Hotel, a 47-storey tower conveniently located in the heart of Dubai's business and commercial district, announces the appointment of Darryl Lobo as Food and Beverage Manager.

In his role, Lobo will lead the overall operations of the hotel's four dining outlets, including strategic planning, revenue management, budgeting and staff training. He will also work alongside the marketing team to recommend promotions for the restaurants and will ensure high standards of food quality and presentation to help guarantee guest satisfaction.

Lobo boasts more than 13 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. Prior to joining Emirates Grand Hotel, he was affiliated with Seamen's Club in Abu Dhabi and various Habtoor Hospitality where he started as restaurant supervisor and held progressive roles, eventually achieving the post of club manager. He began his career in 2002 as an industrial trainee at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. An Indian national, Lobo completed a post-graduate diploma in hospitality management and held various positions in India before coming to Dubai.
