Dubai, UAE: Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced its participation at Cityscape Global 2015, one of the largest international exhibitions specialising in real estate investment and development, which takes place on September 08-10 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
DLD has announced that its participation at Cityscape this year will be under the theme of "Smart Investments in a Safe and Sustainable Environment", an affirmation of its side on many smart solutions offered to their clients constantly, to replace the traditional systems, which lead in ultimately to provide a safe environment for attracting investment.
"We see in Cityscape each year a productive ground to focus on the main role of DLD in the provision of safe and sustainable real estate environment, particularly as it provides us with a database of the most important developers, brokers and investors are active owners in Dubai base," said Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General, DLD. "This means that we can communicate with the most important target segments directly, and inform them of the latest plans and programs, as well as to respond to their questions, and listen to their expectations, and work to meet them optimally," he added.
DLD's involvement at the 14th edition of Cityscape will see the organisation showcasing its latest services designed to maximise ease and convenience for customers. DLD will be showcasing the latest programmes and projects, like the Investment Map, Real Estate Services Trustees, and many other important projects.
"Cityscape is an ideal opportunity for DLD to showcase our brand to the world and promote our services to both existing and potential customers. The importance of this event for DLD is that it gathers under one roof premium developers, buyers and investors from different parts of the world, all of whom flock to the city to see how we have conducted our real estate sector transformation," added Bin Mejren.
"One of the main tasks that we do in the department, working to raise awareness and knowledge of the laws and regulations currently in force in the real estate sector, and to harness all the tools available to us to provide a safe real estate environment, in order to support the government's options for achieving the vision of Smart Dubai. This means our success in this turning DLD to secure gateway to sustainable investment, through adopting smart solutions for real estate investments".
DLD confirm that it will employ concluded strategic partnership with the organizers to achieve effective participation and distinct definition of the latest services designed to enhance the satisfaction of visitors who come for the event from around the world.
