Cairo – Mubasher: The financial indicators of Upper Egypt Flour Mills showed a 20% drop in profit during the first quarter of 2019/2020 to EGP 29.29 million when compared to EGP 36.58 million in the corresponding quarter in 2018.

Revenues slipped to EGP 172.7 million over the three-month period in 2019 from EGP 175.8 million in the corresponding quarter a year earlier, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

It is worth remarking that during the fiscal year 2018/19, the company recorded a profit of EGP 174.12 million from EGP 205.2 million in the previous fiscal year, including minority shareholders’ rights.
