Ramallah, Palestine:- The Union Construction and Investment Company (UCI) is delighted to announce the start of excavation work at the site of Masyoun Gardens 2, one of the company's newest and prestigious housing projects. The excavation work started immediately after obtaining the necessary final licenses and approvals from the official competent authorities. The construction work will start in 2019 and is expected to be finalized in September 2020.

The project is part of the Masyoun Gardens series of residential projects that the company is building in Al Masyoun, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Ramallah. After the sell-out of Masyoun Gardens 1, a 64-unit residential building in record time, UCI decided to launch a second real estate project in the high demand area of Al Masyoun.

Masyoun Gardens 2 consists of three adjacent buildings on a land with a total area of 6,770 m². Each building consists of 6 floors; each floor includes 6 modern-style residential units with an area ranging from 120 m² to 160 m². All units come with a private parking lot, smart elevators and other services as well as access to a front garden that serves all of the residents. Each apartment has an ensuite master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, living room and a balcony that suit all the needs of a modern Palestinian family. Some of the bigger units also include a dining room and a guest room. The project also offers ground-floor apartments that include a private garden area and two entrances, one private and one through the main entrance of the building.

“UCI has succeeded in setting its distinctive mark in providing the finest and most modern living styles for Palestinians through its leading projects. The goal behind launching the series of Masyoun  Gardens residential projects is to enable the citizens to own high quality homes at affordable prices in the Al Masyoun neighborhood. And by launching the Masyoun Gardens 2 project, the company was able to provide 100 residential units for Palestinian citizens in the Al Masyoun neighborhood in less than 3 years. This project provides its residents with a variety of apartments and residential units to ensure the most modern living experience in Ramallah,” said Khaled Al Sabawi, CEO and Vice Chairman of UCI. Mr. Sabawi added that UCI is proud of its strong commitment to excellence in service, by helping young couples and anyone looking for a luxurious residence at affordable prices in choosing the ideal family home, or by advising investors regarding properties that offer the best returns and investment value.

UCI was established in July 2005 by a group of distinguished Palestinian and Arab business leaders underpinned with decades of experience and supported by investment companies in the Arab world. Today, UCI is one of the largest construction and real-estate development companies in Palestine and has significantly changed the culture of Palestine’s residential and commercial development.

UCI has constructed landmark buildings, including the environmentally friendly UCI Headquarters Building in the Masyoun Heights of Ramallah, the Arcadia Residential Complex, and the first residential housing project in the West Bank, the Etihad Villas (www.etihadvillas.ps). In addition, UCI also implemented TABO (www.tabo.ps), a leading real estate project in Palestine that makes it possible for Palestinians at home and abroad to own a parcel of land with a title deed at affordable prices in their homeland.
