Manama: Seef Properties, one of the leading integrated real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is partnering with Starbucks, one of the world’s leading coffee chains, to open a new branch at Al Liwan project; one of the promising projects being developed by Seef Properties through Lama Real Estate W.L.L in Hamala area in the Northern Governorate.

Occupying a space of 220 square meters, Starbucks - Al Liwan is the latest branch of the renowned international chain of coffee shops to open in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where it has had a consistent presence since 2000. Starbucks offers a variety of products and services to its clients, including drive-thru service and a modernistic dine-in experience to enjoy the best coffee blends and the tempting aromas of some of the world’s finest coffees, accompanied by mouth-watering pastries and food offerings.

On this occasion, Seef Properties Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf stated: "We are glad to welcome Starbucks to Al Liwan project. Our agreement aligns with the objectives of Seef Properties to attract unique investments that would largely contribute to the sustainability of the national economy, create job opportunities for the Bahraini youth and reinforce the supportive role played by the private sector in achieving sustainable development, in compatibility with Bahrain's economic vision 2030."

Commenting further, Mr. Ahmed Yusuf said: "Al Liwan project will be a remarkable attraction for major brands and institutions that aspire to expand in the Kingdom, considering the project's exclusive advantages such as modern shopping, entertainment and retail facilities, which meet the aspirations of residents, visitors and tourists."

Seef Properties had recently announced the signing of a leasing agreement with BinDawood Holding in Saudi Arabia, under which the Company will open a branch of Danube Supermarket at Al Liwan, which occupies a space of 122,000 m2 and includes a matchless blend of shopping and entertainment destinations, with seven cinema halls and the largest entertainment center on the island. The project also includes a fully equipped gym and a select array of renowned restaurants, coffee shops and outlets to provide the best experience for visitors.
