RIYADH – The Kingdom's second tier football has been renamed as the Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman League.

The General Sports Authority Chairman Turki Bin Abdulmohsin Al Al-Sheikh announced this stating that a decision, to this effect, has been taken.

The decision included raising the number of teams in the Saudi top flight professional league, or the Premier League, to 16 clubs starting from next season. Other various sports decisions have also been taken. – SPA
