Riyadh –  The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has suspended trading on the shares of Jabal Omar Development Company on Thursday, 12 November 2020 for one trading session on the back of not announcing its financial results for the third quarter (Q3) of 2020 during the specified period.

Trading the shares will resume for twenty trading sessions starting as of Sunday, 15 November, according to a statement on Thursday.

The company is required to disclose its financial statements for Q3-20 before Thursday, 10 December 2020.

In case of not announcing the financials, the shares will be suspended again from Sunday, 13 December, until announcing the financial results.

On Wednesday, Jabal Omar said it is postponing disclosing its quarterly results as it needs more time to decide on some technical issues with the auditor.
