Hotels.com, the leading online provider of hotel accommodation, recently announced the winners of the 'Loved by Guests' Awards for the whole of the Middle East region.

The annual awards programme, which is based on guest reviews and experiences registered on the Hotels.com website, celebrates and recognises the hotels that have achieved the best average review rating determined by over 17 million genuine and trusted reviews from guests of the hotels.

The Loved by Guests Awards was launched to show appreciation to their hotel partners. A total of 288 awards were distributed to hotels across the Middle East, out of which 150 were awarded to hotels in Dubai.

The awards were personally distributed by Hotels.com during July. Along with the award, the winners were given goodie bags with merchandise, coupons offering 10 per cent off on Hotels.com and cookies. Other markets in the region to receive the Loved by Guest Awards include Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.

"We are excited to announce our Loved by Guests Award winners based on the feedback from our Hotels.com community," said David Debeule, director market management, Middle East and Turkey, Expedia Group. ‘Through these awards, we aim to recognise and appreciate our hotel partners for their continued support and efforts.’

The Loved by Guests awards are based solely on guest reviews on Hotels.com and rewards those with a guest score of more than 8.0 out of 10 and at least 20 guest reviews on the website. Winning properties receive a certificate to proudly display at their front desk and can download a Loved by Guests 2018 Award Widget to display on their website. - TradeArabia News Service
