BEIJING, July 22 (Reuters) - China's state planner said onMonday it had approved two railway projects between northernShandong province and central Henan province.

Investment for the two projects worth 10.95 billion yuan($1.59 billion) and 40.93 billion yuan, respectively, accordingto a statement from the National Development and ReformCommission.
