Kuwait - Gulf Cement Co., dually listed on Boursa Kuwait and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), has obtained approval from the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait to withdraw from Boursa Kuwait.

The last day for the trading of the company's shares on Boursa Kuwait will be on Monday, 14 December 2020, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the register of the company's shareholders in Kuwait will be maintained with Kuwait Clearing Company.

It is noteworthy to mention that in the first quarter (Q1) of 2020, the company saw net losses of AED 28.9 million, against AED 1.5 million profits in the year-ago period.
