Up  to EGP1bn sales  are  targeted  out of the accomplished units…  We finalized 70 %  of  the  entire compound

Beta Egypt for Urban Development announced the onset of handing over  the first phase of its Beta Greens New Cairo compound, located in New Cairo’s Mostakbal City.

Thus, the  company  exercises  its habitual  practice  of  adhering  to schedules  set beforehand for delivering  projects  and  fulfills  all its   obligations vis-à-vis  customers.

Alaa Fekri, chairperson of Beta Egypt for Urban Development, said that Beta Egypt’s strategy depends on expediting implementation rates of the projects, adding value and delivering units with top-notch specifications and quality that exceeds the specified contract and the client’s expectations.

"The  company's  keenness  on  value-addedness manifests   in  it  picking outstanding plots  of  land and  sticking  to  specifications,  namely  spaces and services, with  the  aim  of creating  value  for  the new  urban  communities and  the entire   real  estate  sector."

Construction works at Beta Greens New Cairo compound were ordered by the company to    expedite even  amidst  Coronavirus-induced  headwinds,  as it  managed  to  accomplish the  housing  units  in  record  time and  to  provide  turn-key units,  he  explained.

"On basis of lengthy studies conducted by the company as  regards the   market and customers' demands, Beta Egypt realized that the provision of  turn-key  property  is  the optimal  investment at  the time  being.

"The company delivered  units  with specifications  far  overstripping those  agreed upon.  For example, the energy-efficient double-glass aluminum, not conventional types, was used because  it provides higher  quality insulation   against heat,  noise and pollution,  creating a sustainable hygiene life style without burdening customers with  extra  costs.

The  first, second and  third phases of the project includes 292, 250 and 188 units respectively,  as   the company provides various  payment schemes, ranging from  10%  down-payment   and installments with 10-year tenure, he elaborated. With EGP1bn target of contractual sales set for the remaining units at the compound, up to 70%  of the  entire  project  has  been accomplished. The  construction  of  villas  have just finalized,  as  both the  cultivation stage  and growing  trees at public  places  are underway, he  noted.

Currently, Beta Egypt strives to  execute a project West Cairo, Eng. Fekri  noted.

Beta Egypt has an astounding track record  with  it accomplishing top residential projects  and services and finalizing  the compounds of Golf House, Golf Residence, Beta Greens October, Golf  Corner  and Beta  Club, Greens Mall  1   and Greens Mall  2.

Up  to  3000 units   have  been  delivered until now.
