Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties today inaugurated the new Provis and Khidmah headquarters in Yas Mall as part of the company’s efforts to enhance customer experience across all touch points and set new benchmarks in service delivery. The headquarters have also been designed to create an environment that encourages employee engagement while further elevating operational excellence.

Earlier this year, Aldar took a strategic decision to realign Khidmah’s focus on providing facilities management and home maintenance services. This enabled the creation of Provis to deliver specialized estate management solutions. Provis and Khidmah are 100% owned subsidiaries of Aldar Properties.

Talal Al Dhiyebi, Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Properties, commented, “Aldar has always focused on delivering desirable destinations across the UAE for current and future generations to live, work and play. The inauguration ceremony was attended by H.E. Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of Aldar Properties, Talal Al Dhiyebi, Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Properties, Jassem Saleh Busaibe, Chief Investment Officer of Aldar Properties, in addition to other senior management members from Aldar, Provis and Khidmah. 

The new head office will be home to more than 200 Provis and Khidmah staff, supported by over 3000 technicians spread across various customer touchpoints and assets.

Both Provis and Khidmah are focused on increasing their client portfolios and expanding their services to add value to developers, owners, investors and tenants in the UAE and abroad. The companies have been adopting technology as a mean to drive efficiencies in client operations and extend the property lifecycles as well as increase return on investments.
