Cairo, Egypt: - Crédit Agricole Egypt signed a cooperation protocol with Dsquares to redesign and upgrade the technological solutions for its new loyalty program “Happy Points”. This new upgrade is in implementation of the bank's strategy to achieve customers' satisfaction through continuous innovation and development.

The new loyalty program unlocks more rewards to all of the bank’s customers in a more modern way. The program was expanded to cover transactions made using any of the bank’s cards or its digital services. Customers would also be able to view the points they collect using the banki Online or banki Mobile services. Happy Points program includes more than 70 store with more than 800 branches, which allows the bank’s customers to redeem in a digital way, without the need to visit the branch or request paper vouchers, thus giving customers a unique and innovative banking experience.

“The launch of the new loyalty rewards program, Happy Points with Dsquares is a new milestone in the implementation of the bank’s strategy in digital transformation that aim to provide customers with innovative banking services for their convenience. Enhancing the bank’s loyalty program followed a comprehensive study on our customers’ needs and expectations. Accordingly, the decision was taken to expand the scope of the previous loyalty program to include transactions completed using cards and digital services and not only credit cards holders. The new tailored program, Happy Points, is now more exhaustive,” said Walie Lotfy, Crédit Agricole Egypt’s Deputy Managing Director.

“We are happy that, for the first time in Egypt, our customers will be able to redeem their points online from some well-known online stores, using our app banki Mobile, which will become the first one-stop-shop application. This new features will be accessible for the comfort of users in the new version of the application that will be launched soon. The selection of Dsquares as a partner for the new program ensures delivering a successful, distinguished, and safe customer experience through their latest technological systems to enable the bank’s customers to access the new privileges,” he added.
