Bahrain's Esterad Investment issues LoI to acquire Venture Capital Bank

The investment company said the letter was non-binding but represents an intention to acquire up to 100 percent of the bank's share capital

Bahrain’s Esterad Investment has issued a non-binding Letter of Intent (LoI) to acquire up to 100 percent of the share capital of Shariah-compliant investment bank Venture Capital Bank BSC

The investment company said in a statement to the Bahrain Bourse that the letter had been issued on November 29th.

The bourse will be notified of any relevant developments, the company said.
