The Qatar health ministry on Friday reported 249 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 271 recoveries.
One new death was recorded.This takes the total recoveries in the country to 127,599, while the death tally stands at 229.
There are 2,883 active cases in the country, of which 378 are under acute hospital care.Nearly 9,665 people were tested over the last 24 hours, taking the total number of people tested to 918,548.
