AMMAN — Managing director of the Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat and Country Manager of Jordan and the Holy Land at Qatar Airways Samer Khalaf on Tuesday discussed means of promoting Jordan during the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, notably attracting football fans to visit Amman via Qatar Airways.
The meeting followed a recent gathering that brought together Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Nayef Al Fayez and Qatari Ambassador in Amman Sa'ud Al Thani to explore prospects of attracting football fans to the Kingdom during the upcoming competitions held in Qatar, Arabiyat said, according to a JTB statement.
