Riyadh –  Arab National Bank (ANB) has renewed its partnership agreement with Microsoft Arabia to boost the bank's digital transformation and technical development process, according to a press release.

The cooperation deal aims to mainly support the field of interactive reporting, endorse remote work system, enable bank employees to use smart applications, besides using technical tools to raise their operational efficiency and stimulate their job performance.

ANB and Microsoft Arabia’s bilateral agreement has increased the efficiency of the bank’s digital operations to approximately 50% following a 30% growth in the financial institution’s performance rate.

The partnership with Microsoft Arabia will work on “enriching the customer experience, improving the quality and level of banking services and solutions provided to them, and meeting their growing needs at any time and place effectively and flexibly," said COO of ANB, Ayed Al Zahrani.

Last month, the listed bank signed a contract worth SAR 27 million with Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company to provide insurance coverage on the auto leasing financing programme.
