Enova, a regional leader in integrated energy and multi-technical services, said it has been awarded a three-year contract by Kinan, one of the region’s leading housing and shopping mall developers, to provide facilities management (FM) services for 10 major malls across Saudi Arabia.
Enova is a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping malls, communities, retail and leisure pioneer in the region and Veolia, a global leader in designing and providing water, waste, and energy management solutions.
Selected to serve as Kinan’s dedicated FM contractor, Enova will deliver a variety of services starting from this month with the help of a team of multi-skilled staff.
The scope of work includes subcontractor and stock management, along with MEP and technical services at the kingdom's 10 shopping malls which boast a total GLA (gross land area) of 265,300 sq m and a footfall of over one million visitors.
In addition to leveraging its extensive experience managing the FM needs of a host of premier retail shopping centres in the Middle East, Enova will introduce its award-winning suite of digital support tools to provide the best in class FM services and superior efficiency to the project.
