HONG KONG - China's central bank on Friday said it would keep prudent monetary policy flexible, targeted and based on the country's own conditions.

In its third-quarter monetary policy implementation report, the People's Bank of China said it would keep liquidity resonably ample while it also saw risks in the property market generally under control.
