The chairwoman of the board of Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) has resigned, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The company said board member Eng Fawaz Al Sharabi will replace Nouf Saud Al Haqbani, who resigned for personal reasons, subject to no objections from the Saudi Central Bank.

Al Haqbani was reported to have been assigned the chairman’s duties in October last year after the resignation of acting chairman Tarek Abdullah Al Rumaim.
