Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – The Islamic Research and Training Institute (IRTI), a member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, is participating in the 19th edition of the Amman International Book Fair, which is being held in the Jordanian capital from 26 September to 5 October 2019.

The book fair, with the theme “Jerusalem, the capital of Palestine”, is organized by the Jordanian Publishers Association in cooperation with the country’s ministries of education, culture, higher education and scientific research, and the Greater Amman municipality.

IRTI’s participation in the fair is aimed to promote the Institute’s products and services, exchange ideas and information with other participants and visitors, as well as network with other institutions.

The fair is also an opportunity for IRTI to share knowledge in the area of Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance, and to stress the significance of innovation in knowledge creation and dissemination for the development and sustenance of the Islamic financial industry.

Around 350 publishing houses from 22 countries are participating in the fair.
