Fujairah Police to lead safety lessons for children every week
Shoppers can win a brand-new Toyota RAV4 until September 15
Policemen will be at the mall on August 15-16, 19-20, 29-30 and September 9-10 from 5-8pm

Fujairah,: City Centre Fujairah’s driving academy for children is back by popular demand this year. After having taught more than 420 children the importance of road safety at the last event in 2017, the mall’s fun driving course is bigger and better this summer.

This year, the Fujairah Police will also be leading educational sessions for children every week. Policemen will be at the mall on August 15-16, 19-20, 29-30 and September 9-10 from 5-8pm to guide children into being responsible residents, to abide by safety laws on the road and to practice compassion for motorists and pedestrians.

“Teaching children road safety at a young age and raising awareness about being compassionate drivers will ensure they carry those lessons with them into adulthood. Our fun driving academy, with different obstacles and traffic simulations, will not only entertain them but teach them an important lesson in staying safe. We are also privileged to be joined by the Fujairah Police, who will lead several educational sessions for children throughout the month,” said Abdulla Al Blooshi, Mall Manager at City Centre Fujairah.

The driving academy will be open all day during the mall’s working hours with children aged 4-12 years being taught theory and practical lessons followed by a test, just like a driving school for adults! At the end of it, they will also receive a City Centre Fujairah driving licence that they can proudly show-off to their friends. Parents can sign their kids up for the academy by spending just AED 200 at any store at the mall.

The same spend will also give them an opportunity to participate in the grand draw to win a brand-new Toyota RAV4 until September 15.
