Icon Training and Coaching, the premier executive training firm in the Middle East specialising in leadership transformation, has forged a strategic collaboration with the Yale School of Management (SOM) Executive Education Department to offer executive leadership programmes in the Mena region.

This collaboration will enable Icon Training and Coaching to bring the best of Yale School of Management's executive training programmes to Mena leaders.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with the Yale School of Management Executive Education Department to bring world- class programmes to the Mena region," said Salma Sakhnini, CEO of Icon. "We want to equip the region's leaders with the tools and strategies that will enable them to elevate their business performance. This collaboration comes at a critical time in the region given the challenges and opportunities most companies and government agencies face," Sakhnini added.

This collaboration brings the best expertise and know-how of both institutions and is a significant milestone for the executive leadership development industry in the region. Leadership programmes will be offered to select executives across the private sector and government agencies.

"Leadership is a significant part of the answer to whatever challenges organisations and institutions may face. We are excited to collaborate with Icon and to bring our expertise to the Mena region” said Kavitha Bindra, Assistant Dean and Executive Director, Executive Education at Yale SOM.
“Our work is motivated by the belief that great leaders are life-long learners. At any stage of their career, leaders who attack problems with analytical rigor, energy, and caring have profound impact on society," Bindra added.
Sakhnini commented: "We are honoured and proud to be entering a strategic collaboration with Yale SOM Executive Education. This is certainly the first step of a long-term collaboration." -- TradeArabia News Service
