Towell Auto Lease, the Car rental and leasing division of Towell Auto Centre (TAC), recently opened an outlet in Salalah. Inaugurated by Mr. Riyadh Ali Sultan, Director of TAC, this outlet is a full-fledged multi-brand auto leasing facility to meet all your car rental/leasing requirements. The Muscat office is located in the heart of the city in Ghubra.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Riyadh said: "TAC has been at the forefront of providing customer convenience in every possible way. Towell Auto Lease with a current fleet of 1800 vehicles caters to both long term and short term customers, allowing corporates and individuals to use the vehicle or equipment, without having to own, invest in depreciating assets or drain more operating budget than necessary.
The Towell leasing offers special rates for long term leasing of cars (from 1-5 years). It also offers daily/weekly/monthly car rentals, Total fleet management, Staff transport operations, Crew transfer contracts, Executive lease package, Lease to own schemes and Trade-in facility. Some of the other facilities offered are availability of specialised/PDO/BP/Oxy -modified vehicles, free child seat for 4WDs on request, free delivery/pick up facility anywhere in the Muscat region for lease customers, 24 hour vehicle return facility, airport transfer facilities as well as service-at-site for major fleet customers.
As part of service and maintenance, all rented and leased vehicles are serviced and maintained by the leasing department; the customer only needs to contact the customer service once the vehicle is due for service. Replacement vehicles are offered with prior booking during every service, breakdown or in case of accident. The TAC leasing department also offers free tyre check-up facility through the Bridgestone franchisee network throughout the country. The Accident insurance excess is low and all vehicles are comprehensively insured with STF (storm, tempest and flood).
