Abu Dhabi – To keep the public updated about its services during Eid Al Fitr holiday, the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, announced that free parking will be extended until further notice. The public is urged to adhere to Mawaqif regulations and not to park their vehicles in prohibited areas or block the traffic flow.

ITC called on holders of residential parking permits to renew their expired permits to facilitate the inspection process. The ITC stated that Mawaqif inspectors would continue their inspection campaigns in various sectors to ensure compliance with parking regulations.

While Customer’s Happiness Centres will remain closed in light of the preventive measures taken to maintain the health and safety of the community, the ITC calls upon customers to continue availing its services through the digital platforms via its website and smart apps.

The Customer’s Happiness Centres continues to serve the public remotely by receiving online transactions via the website (www.itc.gov.ae), e-mail (customer.care@itc.gov.ae), Call Centre (80088888) and the smart app “Darb”.

Bus Service Schedule during Eid Al Fitr Holiday

ITC stated that during Eid al Fitr holiday, the public bus services timings in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain City and Al Dhafra Region would be from 06:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Buses will cease service from the start of the national sterilisation program implemented as part of the precautionary measures taken to maintain the public health and safety. It is noteworthy that the intercity bus services are suspended until further notice.

ITC indicated that the free “Bus On-Demand” service launched to serve the medical staffs in the healthcare facilities would still operate during the Eid holiday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM through the smart application “Abu Dhabi Healthcare Link”. ITC launched this service in recognition of the huge efforts of medical staffs to combat the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to provide them with a free, safe and comfortable transportation between their homes and workplaces. 

Ferry Services Schedules

ITC announced that public ferry services between Jebel Al Dhanna Port and Dalma Island and between Saadiyat and Ras Ghurab Islands would continue during the holiday as follows:
