VOX Cinemas first public screening in Kingdom supports people with Alzheimers disease

UAE based VOX Cinemas will make its first screenings to the public in Saudia Arabia this week with a program that aims to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease within the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

 

Showing from March 1-3 at Digital City in Riyadh, the screenings will support the Alzheimer’s Disease Association’s ‘Mzwalah City’ initiative. The project seeks to identify practical roles that members of the Saudi Alzheimer’s Disease Association can play in the community.

 

The satirical Saudi cartoon Masameer from Saudi film producers Myrkott will be screened as well as content from fellow local producer Telfaz Company.

 

Entrance fees for the event will be donated to the Mzwalah City project.
