LONDON- * Libya's state-owned National Oil Corp has declared force majeure on crude oil loadings from the Es Sider and Ras Lanuf export terminals in the east of the country, a document seen by Reuters shows.
* This follows clashes in the vicinity of the ports which halted loadings there.
