Kempinski Hotel Ajman has appointed Anish Kuttan as its new Executive Assistant Manager, in charge of food and beverage.

Ajman - With more than 14 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Anish started his career in 2002 at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh after obtaining his diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Mumbai and further continuing his studies at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai.

He rapidly worked his way up the career ladder to numerous F&B management positions in the region's upscale five-star properties, prior to joining Kempinski Hotel Ajman in 2011 as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Growing through the ranks, Anish was promoted in 2013 to the position of Director of Food and Beverage. During his time, he has led a team to significantly exceed the targeted annual revenues in all the food and beverage outlets and created the innovational position Culinary Concierge, unique to Kempinski Hotel Ajman. With his entrepreneurial performance, Anish has brought a number of large-scale functions to the property, driving the top-line growth, whilst successfully maintaining the constant focus on quality.

Commenting on his new appointment, Kai Schukowski, General Manager at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, said, "For the last four years, Anish has risen through the ranks and proven his capabilities and leadership, while driving the top-line revenue and quality with his innovative mindset. He has become an integral part of the hotel team and has a bright future ahead."

In his new role, Anish will be responsible for hotel operations, focusing on all aspects of food and beverage and the culinary departments, as well as overseeing the operations of the recreation department, and will function as number two in the hotel.
