AMMAN - The Cabinet on Sunday approved a draft law amending the 2021 Money Exchange Business Law.

The bill aims to regulate the activities related to issuing and receiving remittances, in addition to tightening sanctions against unlicensed agents.

The Council of Ministers also approved the 2021 Agricultural Workers Bylaw, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The bylaw covers the sector's workforce with social insurance through the Social Security Law in addition to preserving their rights and protecting their wages, health and safety among others.
