Dubai - based Free Hold Mediation and Information decided to provide Chinese customers with free of charge real estate consultations, said senior official.

The company’s decision coincides with the UAE-China week, which was inaugurated by China's ambassador in the UAE Ni Jian in the presence of HE Noora Bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development and number of senior officials

 The 6-day, UAE-China Week which was kicked off on the 17th until 24th July in Manarat Al Saadiyat is part of the preparations for the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s upcoming visit to the UAE.

The company's chairman, Hamad Qasimi, said that his company will contact the Chinese Embassy, ​​ expressing desire to provide free real estate services to Chinese investors, who are facing difficulties due to lack of knowledge of real estate laws and the real estate market’s trends. This move targets investors seeking effective solutions by guiding them to the appropriate ways conducive to the implementation of these solutions through the company’s strong relations with the private and public sectors.

"The decision exempts Chinese investors from the fees usually paid for registration as cost of  preparation of studies and the time spent for having the situation-analysis reports  prepared. This comes within the framework of the company’s endeavor to stimulate investors and end users to continue their investment in real estate in the country and help create a safe investment environment capable of attracting foreign investment into our beloved UAE. "said the founder and CEO of FMI, Hamad Qasemi.

Worth to mentioning is that FMI with the cooperation of Mohammed bin Rashid Global Center for Endowment Consultancy (MBRGCEC) is the first real estate company to launch a real estate Waqf “Endowment”. FMI has been recognized by MBRGCEC due to its contribution towards the community and the role model it plays in the private sector, where entrepreneurs can also communicate directly to benefit from the company’s experience in the field of waqf service.

Free Hold Mediation and Information completed 400 studies last year including property analysis, considering the real estate market status and its trends, and provided real estate solutions and consultations through studies and information with the value of over AED 5 million.

In the first quarter of 2018, FMI completed real estate consultancy for a number of registered investors, including 307 beneficiaries of the first real estate Waqf initiative meanwhile, 239 investors who received situation study, analyze reports and options have showed interest to continue until implementation phase.

FMI is studying the situation and analyzing the options of  68 investors who expressed desire to complete their investment.

During the first quarter of 2018 , FMI has backed up 1000 studies of real estate projects, situation analysis, solutions and real estate consultancies. The company will embark on training real estate companies and law offices staff on how to register customers in the system in order to get advantage of the services provided by Free Hold Mediation.  FMI conducts communications with the Department of Land and Property DLD in Dubai to hold training courses at the Dubai Real Estate Institute in the Department, where Free Hold Mediation and Information welcomes those who complete the courses to communicate directly with the company to benefit from its experience in the field of waqf service.
