Abu Dhabi: Experience Hub, a subsidiary of Miral - Abu Dhabi’s leading curator of experiences, and the trade and promotion arm of Yas Island Abu Dhabi, will launch its first-ever virtual roadshow to key markets including China, India, Europe and GCC, as part of a virtual transformation of travel trade activities. The move, designed to allow the destination to adapt to COVID-19 safety measures and keep travel professionals conversant of reopening plans, will see the introduction of a bespoke online training calendar and a series of engagement activities.  Through a robust program of activities, Experience Hub aims to collaborate with international partners in preparation for strong and seamless recovery post-travel restrictions.

“Throughout the global pandemic, we have ensured that communication with our international trade partners remains a top priority, alongside safety and security precautions, so that we can emerge stronger when the world begins to travel,” said Liam Findlay, General Manager of Experience Hub.

“Our investment in technology has been the cornerstone of this transformation and we are inviting all international travel professionals to engage with these virtual experiences that will be a first of its kind for our industry. We look forward to informing our stakeholders of the exciting reopening developments within the destination, supporting their businesses and maintaining a positive outlook for the future”.

The virtual roadshow will include a succinct agenda of updates and milestones from key members of the destination team, including information on Yas Island assets including Yas Marina Circuit and CLYMB; the re-opening of theme parks such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi; and a focus on the island’s hospitality offering. The roadshow is also an opportunity for stakeholders to ask questions relevant to their market and browse translated materials.

The roadshow will be followed by a series of virtual initiatives for the travel trade industry designed by Experience Hub, including an online training reward scheme, among others.

Based out of Abu Dhabi, Experience Hub currently operates offices serving the GCC and the Levant, the Indian Ocean, Asia Pacific, Europe and the CIS markets. Visit the Experience Hub website to learn more.
