Egypt receives another 250K doses of AstraZeneca from Hungary

ArabFinance: Egypt has received a total of 250,000 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine from Hungary on October 26th, the Health Ministry said in a statement.

The shipment comes just after we got our hands on 1.06 million Johnson & Johnson vaccine doses on October 25th. Egypt is expected to receive another 3 million doses before the end of the month.

The Health Ministry reported 871 new covid-19 infections yesterday, down from 889 the day before. Egypt has now disclosed a total of 326,379 confirmed cases of covid-19.
