Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Chestertons, the leading international real estate services firm, has appointed Dennis Chan, as the new Global Head of International Sales at Chestertons International, who will be based in the company’s Dubai office.

With over fourteen years of industry experience in sales, marketing, leasing and investments around the world, Chan has been based in Dubai for the last three years as Head of Sales at IMKAN Properties and Eagle Hills, one of UAE's leading property developers with projects spanning Europe, Middle East and North Africa. His credentials also include Head of Sales at KOP Limited, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Rowsley Limited and Unit Head at Savills in Singapore.
 
With a primary focus on global new homes and off-plan developments, Chan will be based in Dubai and is responsible for managing and growing the International Sales Department, whilst supporting and assisting both owned and partner businesses to win New Homes mandates worldwide, oversee the new international sales platform and help provide tools and systems to enhance the ability of all partner offices to win and transact.

Dennis now forms a team of eight people in the International Department, based in Dubai.
